Close to Red Lobster, which is very convenient for dining out 🍽️. The breakfast offered here is amazing with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from.

The bed was nice. The breakfast was nice on Sunday. The pool was decent. The location, although clobbered by traffic on Bell Rd., does put you right in the middle of several restaurants, shops, gas stations, etc.

- Half of the electricity in our room didn't work--apparently due to a breaker issue?? The owner was out of town over the weekend so there wasn't much that could be done, which is laughable. Due to being fully booked, we could not be moved to another room. We had to rely on either the light that emitted from the TV or a huge bright light. None of the lamps with a dimmer light worked whatsoever in our room--same with the wall sockets. - Upon arrival into our room, the smoke detector was going off due to a drained battery. - The breakfast on Saturday was poor. - The staff was not very helpful with our facility issues in our room and they advised us that they are currently short-staffed, (as if that was our issue as guests). We had to ASK for a discount. - We did not receive the room that we reserved, which was supposed to include a sofa. - We had to ASK for our room to be vacuumed and beds to be made. Apparently these aren't standard duties by housekeeping--only switching out trash and replacing towels. - Because we did not have a sofa pullout bed, as requested, we asked for a rollaway bed on our second night as one of our children was uncomfortable for lack of space. I called down to the front desk to request this and they advised they'd bring one up but they never did. By this point, we gave up and I slept on the floor. - If you do not want to be awaken by trains constantly going by your room once every hour or so, with loud blaring horns, you may want to avoid this hotel as well.

Hot tub wasn't hot, too much renovation, booked one room, wasn't given that one upon checkin. Thought I was booking a king spa suite, which the pics suggested. Was given a king suite

The hotel is incredibly beautiful with modern rooms. The rooms feature a jacuzzi and there are areas for kids to enjoy. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and the freeway.

It was good for the price

I didn't like the fact that they cleaned the room while we were out and came back to find a hair on one of our toothbrushes.

This budget-friendly place has incredibly helpful staff, especially the manager, making it a wonderful choice.

Truly enjoyed Nashville, the hotel was exceptional in a great area. We were in a favourable location close enough to Nashville over spring break, stores, and the airport. Local fast food option Kfc was 10 minutes walk away.

Convenient location just 0.5 miles from the airport. The rooms are spacious and great for families, equipped with a kids’ watch feature for movie nights 🎥. The area is well-maintained and offers a comfortable setting for guests.

This place provides Wheelchair Accessible rooms, a whirlpool, and a jacuzzi, showing care for all guests.
